July 5, 2008 Sean Casey's opportunities to hit in the Red Sox lineup continue to thwarted by the lack of health of Manny Ramirez's hamstring that is forcing the left fielder to hit in the DH slot, according to Our View:Casey has just four AB in the last 14 Sox games, rendering him as completely useless even in AL only leagues of late. When a guy is hitting .358 in 106 AB, you would think his team would find a way to get him a few more AB. |
