January 29, 2008 Henry Owens, who underwent surgery last August to repair a torn supraspinatus in his right shoulder, wants to take the mound at some point in 2008. "I hope to get back sometime this season, that's my goal," Owens said in the Miami Herald. The right-hander held a 1.96 ERA in 22 games before getting cut, and he picked up four saves while serving as the closer for a short time. |
