September 17, 2007 Felipe Paulino will start Tuesday in place of Woody Williams. Williams has agreed to pitch out of the bullpen for the rest of the year so the team can get a look at some younger players, according to the Houston Chronicle. Paulino holds a 11.25 ERA in two relief appearances for the Astros but posted a 3.62 ERA and 110/49 K/BB rate in 112 innings at Double-A Corpus Christi this year. |
