May 22, 2008 Jose Tabata went 3-for-6 with his first home run of the season for Double-A Trenton on Wednesday. Our View:Tabata has been one of the biggest disappointments in all of the minors this season, as he entered the year as a top prospect for the Yankees. Still, we must keep in mind that he is only 19 and has faced more advanced competition at Double-A. He is hitting only .235, but let’s not give up on him yet. |
