The Rockies are interested in free agent Eddie Guardado, according to MLB.com.

Our View:In 65 games last year Guardado had formidable WHIP of 1.22. However, it's unlikely he'll receive any save opportunities wherever he ends up, which means his fantasy value is minimal.

The Twins offered arbitration to free agent reliever Dennys Reyes today, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View:Now that the Twins have offered Reyes arbitration it will assure them of a supplemental-round pick in next Junes amateur draft if he signs with another team.

Delmon Young, LF

The Twins covet an infielder for the left side in exchange for Delmon Young, according to BaseballProspectus.com.

Our View:That would allow the club to free up an outfield spot for Denard Span in the starting lineup. Young hit .290 for Minnesota last season, but was a grave disappointment in the power department with only 10 homers.
