Our View: In 65 games last year Guardado had formidable WHIP of 1.22. However, it's unlikely he'll receive any save opportunities wherever he ends up, which means his fantasy value is minimal.

The Twins offered arbitration to free agent reliever Dennys Reyes today, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune.

Our View: Now that the Twins have offered Reyes arbitration it will assure them of a supplemental-round pick in next June’s amateur draft if he signs with another team.
