It has been revealed that Danny Granger suffered a sprained ankle during Saturday's battle with the Heat, according to the Indianapolis Star. He said, "I came down on it and twisted it. I rolled it on the inside. It's a sprained ankle, but you have to play through it, especially when it's in the fourth quarter."

Our View:He was able to return to the game after having the ankle taped, and the ailment doesn't appear to be serious as of now.

Our View:Granger was slowed by a quadriceps injury last week but certainly appears to be at full strength based on his recent performances.

Either Danny Granger's quadriceps aren't bugging him anymore or he's just not showing it. He put up a double-double the night after playing 40 minutes. Granger finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds, two blocks, two assists, and a steal in 34 minutes.

Our View:The Pacers dropped a game they could've won for the second straight night on Saturday, but Granger certainly can't be blamed as he gutted out two nice performances.

Our View:The injury does not sound very serious. Granger has been a Top 10 fantasy producer through six games and should return to action soon.

Danny Granger had his two front teeth repaired Monday after they were knocked out during battle with the Celtics, according to the Indianapolis Star. He said, "As professional athletes, we've bled throughout our careers. We've broken bones, torn ligaments, busted teeth. It's part of the game. It's kind of fun when you do it, and you actually win."

Our View:He is not expected to miss any playing time. He is off to a strong start as he is averaging 26.5 points, 1.5 steals, and 2.5 blocks over two games.

The Indianapolis Star reports that Danny Granger and the Pacers agreed to a five-year extension between $60 million and $64 million. Granger’s extension will start next season. If an extension was not reached on Friday, Granger would have become a restricted free agent at the end of the year.

Our View:Granger, now in his fourth season in the NBA, was the Pacers leading scorer last year at 19.6 points per game. He also averaged 6.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.1 blocks, 1.0 steals and shot 40 percent from 3-point range. His all-around game makes him an extremely valuable fantasy commodity.

Danny Granger scored 18 points on Wednesday night though he made just 3-of-15 shots as he converted 10-of-11 from the free throw line in the Pacers 100-93 victory over the Mavericks. Roy Hibbert produced 15 points, as did Brandon Bush, in a game that the Pacers played without Mike Dunleavy (knee), Travis Diener (foot), Marquis Daniels (groin) and Troy Murphy (Achilles).

Our View:Granger has firmly established himself as a top shelf scorer after last years 19.6 point per game effort with an average of 2.1 three's made per game. Toss in his average of 6.1 rebounds and you have a player who there is a spot for on every fantasy squad.

Our View:Granger is an important part of the Pacers, as he averaged over 19 points and six rebounds last season. The team is under no pressure to sign Granger, however, because even if he does ink a deal with another squad next year, the Pacers can match.

Our View:Granger also added six rebounds and two blocked shots to the stat line, rounding out a respectable season for the up-and-coming young shooter for the Pacers.

Our View:Granger's fantasy stock seems to rise with each passing month. He won't come cheaply in 2008-09.

SG Danny Granger enjoyed a wonderful evening on the hardwood as the Pacers beat up on the Philadelphia 76ers, 85-76. Granger lead the Pacers, going 13-of-25 from the floor, 3-of-9 from long range, and 1-of-2 (that's right, just one foul) from the free-throw line to score 30 points.

Our View:However, adding 12 rebounds is nothing short of suprising for a man averaging just 6.00 boards per game.

In the 108-101 victory over Chicago, Granger posted 18 points with 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks. Granger is enjoying a great month and continues to reward fantasy owners with solid all-around numbers.

Danny Granger, who missed the Pacers last game with an injured right wrist, returned to action on Friday night and led the Pacers to a 124-113 victory over the T'Wolves. Granger was all over the court scoring 32 points, including 6 of 8 from downtown, in a scintillating performance. Granger continues to be one of the most dynamic players who no one really expected anything from this year and he continues to put up numbers that rival much bigger names.

Forward Danny Granger missed Wednesday night's game against the Charlotte Bobcats due to a sprained right wrist, according to the Associated Press. Granger leads the Pacers with 18.6 points per game, and had started 66 of Indiana's 67 games. Granger had previously injured the wrist, but played through it. He jammed it in Monday's win over New York, and coach Jim O'Brien said he can't pull it back into a shooting motion because of swelling. "It's serious enough for a guy that hasn't been out with an injury to be out," O'Brien said. "Danny says he's a quick healer. We'll find out." Kareem Rush has started in Granger's place.

Danny Granger scored 22 points on Thursday night in the Pacers loss to the Spurs. Though he went 0-for-6 from long range, the big news what that he turned the ball over only one time while he managed to pick up six steals. This was also the eighth straight game that he scored at least 16 points for the Pacers.

The league has suspended Danny Granger for one game for elbowing Bulls forward Andres Nocioni in the face Wednesday. Granger will sit out tonight's tilt against the Raptors. It's just one game, but as well as Granger has played, any missed game is a bummer for fantasy owners. He'll be back in action Sunday, though.

Danny Granger scored a game-high 29 points to lead six Pacers in double digits in the team's 101-93 victory over the Blazers. Granger hit only 8-of-17 shots, but he was 9-for-9 from the line and added four rebounds and three steals. Granger's game has really taken off in his third season as he is posting career-best numbers in scoring (17.8), rebounds (5.8), assists (1.9) and 3-pointers made per game (1.8).
