Pacers guard Travis Diener has been battling a foot injury and he was inactive for the team's game on Friday, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Our View:Diener does not see many minutes anyway, and averages less than three points per game, so he has no fantasy value.
November 27, 2008
Travis Diener is still being bothered by a foot injury and will continue to only play about 12 minutes to game, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Our View:Diener won't have any fantasy value until he can play more. We'll let you know if his injury improves.

Travis Diener participated in halfcourt drills Monday, according to the Indianapolis Star. He injured his left foot early in training camp and did not see any action in the preseason.

Our View:Diener will provide favorable depth as the Pacers' third-string point guard when he is ready to return, but won't play enough minutes to be fantasy worthy.

Travis Diener would like to start practicing sometime in the next week to a week and a half, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Our View:Diener is the Pacers' third string point guard, so he won't hold much fantasy value, unless he gets healthy and either T.J. Ford and/or Jarrett Jack, the top two point guards on the roster, go down with injury.

Travis Diener missed Saturday's game against the Spurs, according to NBA.com. He is still recovering from a sore left foot.

Our View:He is considered day-to-day, but won't likely hold much fantasy value when he returns while fighting for playing time with T.J. Ford and Jarrett Jack.

Travis Diener is still feeling pain and discomfort in his left big toe, according to NBA.com. The pain is the result of surgery to remove bone spurs back in May. He said, "My foot's getting closer and closer to 100 percent. It's actually taken a little longer than I would've liked for it to get back to where I want it. There's still some pain and soreness in there but in the next month or so it should be ready to go. So I'm getting ready for camp, getting in the gym, getting shots up, lifting, things of that sort."

Our View:Diener is confident he will be ready for camp, but won't likely hold any fantasy value while fighting for minutes with T.J. Ford and Jarrett Jack.

Travis Diener scored a career best 22 points on Wednesday night, in part because of a perfect 10-for-10 night from the charity stripe. Diener also dished out nine assists on the night in just about his finest work of the season as Jamal Tinsley continues to remain on the sidelines because of a sore left knee that has kept him out of 12 of the last 15 games.
February 22, 2008
Travis Diener tied his career-high by scoring 19 points on Friday night adding eight rebounds and six assists while playing more than 43 minutes. Diener came into the game shooting 35.7% from the field so his 7-for-10 effort was a bit surprising as he also made 2 of 3 from long range.
February 13, 2008
Travis Diener aggravated the right ankle injury that has been bothering him for some time when he stepped on referee Bennett Salvatore's foot late in the fourth quarter of Tuesday's game. Diener said he is doubtful for tonight's contest with the Pistons, according to the Indianapolis Star.
February 3, 2008
During the first half of Saturday's game, Travis Diener tweaked the foot injury that's been bothering him for a couple of weeks, according to the Indianapolis Star. X-rays were negative, and he finished with 10 assists on the night. Diener's had some decent games while starting in place of Jamaal Tinsley, though he should go back to the bench once Tinsley's back up to full speed.
January 25, 2008
Travis Diener started in place of Jamaal Tnsley (knee) Thursday and had 15 points and nine assists. Diener could be a nice short-term rental while Tinsley, who's listed as day-to-day, gets well.
