February 6, 2006 Shortly after the Steelers won the Super Bowl on Sunday, Jerome Bettis stood on the podium and announced his retirement before his hometown Detroit crowd. "I think the Bus' last stop is here in Detroit," he said. ESPN.com reports that Bettis informed Steelers management last week that he planned to retire after the game, so it appears he's done for good. |
