Torry Holt was not targeted in the first half of Sunday's game against Arizona, but was more involved in the second half with 10 targets, six of he which he caught for 58 yards and a score, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Our View:Holt previously stated that he felt he was being phased out of the Rams' offense in favor of the younger receivers, namely explosive rookie Donnie Avery. Holt was productive Sunday, but will remain a risky fantasy option in Week 10 against a tough Jets' secondary.

Torry Holt is not pleased with the lack of passes being directed his way, according to the Belleville News-Democrat. When asked if he feels he is being phased out of the offense he said, "At times I do. At times I feel like that’s a situation where I am getting phased out. Who knows? We still have nine more games left, and we’ll see how those nine games go. Then once the season is over come back and ask me how I feel. I guess they feel like Donnie Avery obviously has been stepping up and making some huge plays, and they want to continue to get him a football."

Our View:Holt is a future Hall of Famer, but has only scored one touchdown on 26 receptions over seven games this season. He will remain a risky fantasy option, but the Rams play Arizona this weekend, who Holt has a solid track record against.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in need of a receiving threat, and names being thrown around by Ira Kaufman of the Tampa Tribune are that of future Hall of Famers Torry Holt and Tony Gonzalez.

Our View:Kaufman is delusional if he thinks Holt or Gonzalez will be traded to the Bucs. As bad as those teams are, trading what may be the most popular player on their respective teams would do far more harm than any draft pick could bring.

The first thing that new head coach Jim Haslett did as the Rams top guy was to insert Marc Bulger back into the starting quarter back role. The next thing he wants to do is get the ball to Torry Holt more. Haslett told the AP, "I would like to see Torry touch the ball a little bit more, especially early in the game."

Our View:In four games under Scott Linehan, Holt only had 187 yards receiving and a touchdown. The news that Haslett wants to get the ball to Holt more should be good news for owners who own the receiver.

Rams head coach Scott Linehan is attempting to trade or release wide receiver Torry Holt because their relationship is to the point that they despise each other, according to Howard Balzer of InsideStL.com.

Our View:Linehan recently told the media that the relationship between he and Holt was "great," though they have never really seemed to be on the same page. This really can't end soon enough for Rams fans.
