January 1, 2009 Dane Looker has decided against surgery for his injured knee and will try to rest and then strengthen the joint to help his injured ligament, according to the Our View:Looker caught 23 passes for 271 yards and two scores on the year, and given a measure approach to his rehab, he and the team are hopefully that he will be back to 100% in time for OTA's next season. |

October 15, 2008 Dane Looker has an extremely rare condition in called a dolichoectatic artery in his brain, there are only about 150 cases in the world, but the good news is that he should be able to play football without issue, according to the Our View:Looker will need to have regular MRI's the rest of his life to monitor the condition, but there is no concern that this condition will block him from being a productive NFL player. |
