August 28, 2008 David Carr had a fantastic outing against the Patriots on Thursday night as he completed 20-of-29 passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns as Eli Manning sat out the game. Our View:Anthony Wright figures to serve as the third option at quarterback after tonight's outing by Carr. Toss in thee back injury that Wright suffered last week in the game against the Jets, and the call seems almost certain. |
