Falcons quarterback Joey Harrington is inactive for tonight’s game against the Saints as the third quarterback. Chris Redman was named the starter earlier in the week, and Byron Leftwich will serve as the backup.

Nothing has changed yet, but certainly each quarterback does something different, and you try to highlight what each does well.”

The Falcons have signed Joey Harrington to a two-year deal, according to ESPN.com's Chris Mortensen. Harrington passed for 2,236 yards and had 12 touchdowns to 15 interceptions for Miami last year. He'll back up Michael Vick.

The Argonauts recently gained the exclusive rights to Harrington, meaning no other CFL team can sign him unless the Argonauts decide not to.
