Paris Lenon has been nursing a knee ailment, but the Lions expect him to start Sunday against the division rival Packers, according to Mlive.com.

Our View:Assuming his status doesn't change, Lenon should be penciled into fantasy lineups. He is playing with added motivation with rookie Jordan Dizon pushing him for his job in the middle.

Paris Lenon has been dealing with a knee ailment, but was able to fully practice Thursday, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Our View:This is good news for Lenon, as he cannot afford to miss a game with rookie Jordan Dizon battling him for his job at middle linebacker.
July 28, 2008
Paris Lenon is working as the starting middle linebacker at the beginning of training camp, according to the Detroit Free Press. Defensive coordinator Joe Barry said, "Paris Lenon is our mike backer. He's our quarterback of our defense. There's no thought of moving him right now. Not at all."

Our View:Rookie Jordon Dizon is expected to compete for the role, but for now it appears to be Lenon's job to lose. If Dizon does manage to unseat him at some point during the season, Lenon would likely still start, but on the strongside, which would greatly lower his fantasy value.
March 22, 2006
The Lions signed Paris Lenon to a three-year contract on Wednesday, according to the AP. He tallied 79 tackles in 2005.
December 20, 2005
Paris Lenon injured his left hand in the second quarter of last night's game and didn't return, according to the Milwaukee Journal-Constitution. X-rays were negative. Lenon has been playing with an injury to his right hand.
