Rex Grossman might play only part of Sunday's regular-season finale at Minnesota, according to the Chicago Tribune. Grossman blew out his right knee on the Metrodome surface last sason. "I don't know if I could say I see him playing the entire game," Bears offensive coordinator Ron Turner said. "We have to wait and see how much everybody else is going to play before we make a decision on what Rex is going to do."

Rex Grossman rejected a recent report that his surgically repaired knee was swelling after workouts, according to the Sun-Times. "It's not swollen," he said. "It's the same size as the other one." Grossman missed nearly all of last season after tearing the ACL in the joint and is expected to be ready to start at quarterback for the Bears this season.
