Andre Johnson impressively hauled in 41 receptions in the month of October, but was held to four catches for 64 yards (and a score) in Sunday's tough loss to the Vikings, according to the Houston Chronicle. Johnson said, "I guess their coach just told them, ‘Just beat him up. At the line, I got thrown down a couple of times. It was one of my more difficult games. I think they did a great job. I think they had a good game plan. It kind of got me a bit frustrated. And when you get frustrated, it kind of has an effect on your game a little bit."

Our View:His three-game streak of double-digit receptions ended, but he scored for the third time in his past five outings, and fantasy owners cannot complain about his performance.

Texans wideout Andre Johnson was tabbed as the Offensive Player of the Month for the AFC, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Our View:This was really a no-brainer, as he snared 41 passes on the month, the highest total since the year 2000. He is obviously a fantasy stalwart.

Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson has a chance to become the first player ever to have at least 130 receiving yards in five straight games should he accumulate that many against the Vikings, according to NFL.com.

Our View:Minnesota has the 20th-ranked pass defense in the NFL, as they allow 219.4 yards per game through the air. Johnson is a must-start for fantasy owners this and most every other week.

Andre Johnson registered 41 receptions in October, which is the second-highest total for the month since 1970, according to the Houston Chronicle. Eric Moulds had 42 in October with the Bills back in 2000.

Our View:Johnson only reached the endzone twice this season, but has been a stud, namely in PPR leagues, with 56 catches for 772 yards over seven games. He is on pace to set a new personal season-high in receptions, which stands at 103, notched back in 2006.
