Newsbreakers

Terrence McGee is questionable for Sunday's outing against Miami due to his sprained left knee, according to the AP. McGee has missed the past two games.

Our View:Rookie Leodis McKelvin looks to start in his place if needed. McGee is no longer considered a strong starting cornerback, and the Bills' defense will not be significantly weakened in the secondary if he is unable to go.

Cornerback Terrence McGee will not play in Sunday’s game against the San Diego Chargers, according to the Associated Press.

Our View:McGee will miss his second consecutive game because of a left knee sprained in Buffalo’s win at St. Louis last month. Rookie Leodis McKelvin will start in his place.
October 15, 2008
Terrence McGee practiced for the first time today since spraining his left knee against St. Louis in Week 4, according to ESPN.

Our View:McGee is no longer in the elite class among NFL cornerbacks, but remains the best in Buffalo, and will provide a boost to the Bills' secondary if he can play this weekend against San Diego.

Bills Inactives: WR Roscoe Parrish, CB Terrence McGee, RB Xavier Omon, RB Corey McIntyre, OT Demetrius Bell, TE Derek Fine and DE Chris Ellis.

Our View:Good news and bad news for quarterback Kurt Warner, who enters the game without the services of star wideout Anquan Boldin. McGee is out which will make it easier to pass on the Bills, but defensive linemen Marcus Stroud (shoulder) and Aaron Schobel (foot) are active, which means Warner will have to watch his back all day long.

Terrence McGee has been officially ruled out for Week 5 due to his sprained left knee, according to the AP. He didn’t make the trip to Arizona on Saturday.

Our View:Rookie first-rounder Leodis McKelvin and Ashton Youboty will split time opposite starting cornerback Jabari Greer, which will benefit Kurt Warner and the Cardinals' aerial attack. McKelvin will also handle kickoff returns in place of McGee.
