Leigh Bodden has been moved to left cornerback, where he will start, according to the Oakland Press. Brian Kelly and Travis Fisher will hold down the right side.

Our View:Bodden hasn't played well, but Kelly and Fisher have been even worse. This move has little effect in the fantasy world.

According to the San Francisco Chronicle, Travis Fisher will start for Leigh Bodden on Sunday against the 49ers.

Our View:Bodden was acquired for Shaun Rogers in the offseason so this move is no doubt a disappointing one for the Lions' coaching staff to make. The changes came after Aaron Rodgers threw for 328 yards and three touchdowns last week.
September 11, 2008
Leigh Bodden is expected to replace Travis Fisher as the starting right cornerback heading into Week 2 against the Packers, according to Mlive.com.

Our View:Bodden needed time to learn the Lions' defense, but should now be considered for lineups in IDP leagues, as he broke out with 88 tackles (76 solo) in his final campaign with the Browns in 2007.

Leigh Bodden is surprisingly working as a backup in the Lions' secondary, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Brian Kelly and Travis Fisher are currently listed as the starting tandem at cornerback.

Our View:He is learning a new defense, but has far more potential than Kelly or Fisher. He was part of the deal that sent Shaun Rogers to Cleveland, and he signed a lucrative four-year extension for $27 million with Detroit.
August 12, 2008
Cornerback Leigh Bodden recieved a $27 million contract extension just after training camp started, yet he is still seeing most of his practice reps with the second team. We can expect that to change as defensive coordinator Joe Barry has said, "“If we started the game tomorrow and the offense (required three cornerbacks), Leigh Bodden would start the game,” reports the AP.

Our View:With that sort of money invested we fully expect Bodden to be a starter come week 1.
