Reggie Williams, who is recovering from a hamstring injury, fully practiced Friday, according to NFL.com.

Our View:Williams is slated to start Sunday against the Bengals, who have already surrendered 13 scores through the air.
October 26, 2008
Reggie Williams caught three passes for 42 yards and a touchdown on Sunday.

Our View:Williams has been hit or miss, and mostly miss, this season for the Jags. He may need to step up if Matt Jones is suspended, but he has limited value until then.

Wide receiver Reggie Williams (hamstring) is active and will start in Week 1 against the Titans.

Our View:Williams was limited throughout the preseason, but he should be one of David Garrard's top targets in this tough matchup.
September 4, 2008
Jaguars wide receiver Reggie Williams returned to practice Thursday, after missing Wednesday’s practice because of a sore hamstring, according to the AP.

Our View:If Williams plays in Week 1 he could end up being the Jaguars best target with Jerry Porter still nursing his sore hamstring. Consider Williams more of a fantasy back-up than a starter for Week 1.
August 22, 2008
Reggie Williams missed the first two preseason games after undergoing knee surgery, but might be able to play in the Jaguars' next game Saturday night, according to the Florida Times-Union. Williams said, "The knee feels fine, like it never happened."

Our View:Williams looks to be on pace to play in Week 1, and could serve as a solid fantasy backup as he scored 10 touchdowns on only 38 receptions in 2007.
