October 26, 2008 Running back Mewelde Moore was up to the task of replacing Willie Parker again on Sunday, rushing 19 times for 84 yards and a touchdown. He added two catches for 10 yards as a receiver. Our View:That's three solid games in a row in Parker's stead. Moore is likely earning some touches when Parker returns, and he remains a solid option until then. |

October 19, 2008 Running back Mewelde Moore posted 20 carries for 120 yards and two touchdowns on the ground and chipped in five receptions for 14 yards and a score through the air in the Week 7 victory over Cincinnati. Our View:In the past two games, Moore has carried the ball 37 times for 219 yards. It's pretty obvious at this point that Moore is a quality option if Willie Parker continues to struggle with his knee injury. |
