Josh Cribbs feels that his "flash" is back and intends to make an impact following his recovery from a high ankle sprain, according to the Akron Beacon Journal. He said, "I feel at full stride now. No excuses for myself. Don't give me any, either. I laid around so I can have a whole lot of energy going into the next game. I'm ready to practice right now. I've just got a lot of energy stored up in me."

Our View:Cribbs looked to be healthy again in his last game against Cincinnati as he returned a second-half kickoff 44 yards, which was his longest gain of the season. He will provide a spark on special teams against the Giants this weekend, but could also be involved in the offense a bit more as well, adding another vertical threat to complement stud Brayon Edwards.

The Cleveland Plain-Dealer reports that return man Josh Cribbs will play on Sunday against the Ravens. He had been nursing a sore hamstring since last week's game.

Our View:It's difficult to start anybody against the Ravens' defense and we wouldn't recommend Cribbs.

Josh Cribbs is set to practice today, according to the Browns' official website. He sat out Wednesday's practice while nursing his ailing shoulder and hamstring.

Our View:He is making progress, but his status for Week 3 against Baltimore is yet to be determined. The Ravens remain solid defensively and the Browns are hoping the special teams star can play to set up favorable field position to begin their drives.

Josh Cribbs is sitting out today's practice due to his ailing shoulder and hamstring, according to the Browns' official website. He is also dealing with a sprained ankle.

Our View:The Browns' special teams unit will take a significant hit if the return ace is unable to play this weekend at Baltimore, and the Browns' offense would likely start drives with less favorable field position.

It was another good day on Thursday for Josh Cribbs, who is been out since August 18th with a high ankle sprain. Cribbs practiced for the second straight day and looks close to returning, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Our View:If Cribbs is able to go this week he will be put right back into his normal role of kick returner. If you league awards points for return man, Cribbs will be a very good option.
