Brodie Croyle has admitted to rhythm and timing issues throughout practice this week, according to the KC Star.

Our View:While he has healed from his separated right shoulder, he still needs to shake off some rust. The team hopes he can get back on track to start in Week 7 following this week's bye.

Brodie Croyle (shoulder) will start under center for the Chiefs in Week 7, according to the Kansas City Star. "If I’m healthy, I’m going to go," Croyle said today. "I just have to make sure that over the next two weeks that everything keep going the way it’s supposed to be and we don’t have any setbacks."

Our View:Croyle likely gives the team its best chance to win, though that isn't saying much given the often terrible work the club has gotten from Damon Huard and Tyler Thigpen.

During the Chiefs practice on Wednesday Brodie Croyle was back put was limited, according to the Chiefs official web site.

Our View:With Croyle starting to throw and participate in some practice probably means he is getting closer to his return. He has been out since the season opener.

Brodie Croyle has resumed light throwing according to the AP.

Our View:Croyle separated his shoulder in the season opener at New England on September 7th. It is expected he will return on October 19 against Tennessee. In the meantime, expect Damon Huard to make the starts at quarterback in Kansas City.
