Brandon Marshall caught seven passes for 77 yards and one score in the Week 4 loss to Kansas City.

Our View:"Baby TO" also lost 11 yards on one carry, which hurt his bottom line in the yardage bucket. Regardless, he continues to be a top-five fantasy receiver in all formats.

Brandon Marshall continues to shine as one of fantasy's elite wide receivers. On Sunday, he caught six Jay Cutler passes for 155 yards and a touchdown. The Saints, at last check, did not file any charges against Marshall for the abuse.

Our View:New Orleans' secondary was pretty banged up entering the game so many expected Marshall to catch more than just six balls, especially after last week's total of 18. However, he made each catch count as he averaged 25.8 yards per reception. Expect Marshall to continue his elite pace. Earlier in the week, he talked about catching 140 passes this season, and who are we to doubt him?

The Denver Post reports that Brandon Marshall stands by his goal of catching 140 passes this season. He was suspended for Week 1's game and could face further discipline due to other off the field incidents, like beating his girlfriend.

Our View:With 18 catches in Week 2, he is on pace for 270 receptions this season but you have to wonder if the league will let him keep playing with the long list of charges that have quickly become a part of his resume.

ESPN's Michael Smith has reported that Brandon Marshall could face further discipline from the NFL, depending on how the case involving recently filed misdemeanor battery charges unfolds. The incident that prompted the charges stems from March 4, but charges were just filed today.

Our View:We'll continue to update this situation as more details come. Obviously Marshall showed everyone last week what kind of receiver he is, but he'll have to be on the field if he wants to help fantasy squads.

The solicitor's office in Fulton County, Georgia has decided to press misdemeanor battery charges against Brandon Marshall, according to CompleteColorado.com. The case has been assigned to Judge John Mather in Georgia state court. An email from Judge Mather's office to CompleteColorado.com indicated that no court date has been set as of yet. The email also indicated that a court date for sometime in either November or December was likely. The incident stems from March 4, 2008.

Our View:The news comes just a few days after Marshall reached a deal on DUI charges with the Denver District Attorney's office. The Broncos will play in Atlanta in November (Week 11). More details should be revealed soon.
