Tye Hill has missed the last two months with a knee injury and head coach Jim Haslett said that Hill may be placed on the IR, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Our View:Hill was a big disappointment this year and now will watch the rest of the season from the sideline.

Our View:This is encouraging news for Hill, but he will hold no value for IDP leagues when he returns to action.

Tye Hill commented on his knee injury that will keep him off the field indefinitely, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Hill said, "We thought it was four to six weeks; really, it was a six- to eight-week injury. I've got a lot of fluid in my knee. That's what's stopping me; that's where the pain's coming from. We've just got to get the swelling out and go from there."

Our View:Hill won't be missed as he is merely adequate as a pro, and held no value for IDP leagues.

Rams cornerback Tye Hill will not play Sunday, but he could practice by sometime next week, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Our View:Hill has had an injured knee, and has been slow to recover. Even if he does suit up for Week 12, the number of snaps he would receive will likely be minimal.

Tye Hill will miss another game this weekend after visiting a specialist Monday to further examine his injured knee, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. He still has fluid on the knee, as well as a partial bone bruise.

Our View:Hill won't be missed by fantasy owners in IDP leagues or the Rams' secondary, as he was basically a liability in coverage. St. Louis plays at San Francisco in Week 11.
