J.P. Losman will continue to remain a part of the Buffalo Bills organization despite his stated request to be traded, this according to NFL.com. "J.P.'s on this roster and he's a part of this organization. And we anticipate J.P.'s going to be on this team," Bills COO Russ Brandon, said. Losman has stated that he will play out his contract and then move on at the end of the year, but it appears that Losman will back up second year QB Trent Edwards this season.

So far, there's a serious lack of suitors that have come knocking on the Buffalo Bills' door inquiring about acquiring disgruntled quarterback J.P. Losman, according to Pro Football Weekly. Losman has asked for a trade following his demotion behind starter Trent Edwards, a request that the Bills would be happy to oblige should a reasonable offer come their way. The Bills continue to harbor the belief that they'll work out a deal for the quarterback, though it's unlikely there will be any action until after the NFL draft.

Jason Peters, who had surgery to repair a torn groin muscle, is on schedule to take part in the Buffalo's offseason workout program, according to USA Today. "We think he should be fine," coach Dick Jauron said about Peters being ready for team workouts. This is good news for both quarterback Trent Edwards and running back Marshawn Lynch, as Peters is arguably the Bills' best offensive lineman.
