Adam Schefter of NFL Network states that Joe Horn is scheduled for a visit with the Titans today.

Our View:Horn could also be on the Browns' radar with the status of injured receiver Donte' Stallworth unknown. The 36-year-old Horn is not the only receiver talking to Tennessee, as Chad Jackson and Reche Caldwell are also being considered as options.

Joe Horn wouldn't mind getting the chance to play for the Cleveland Browns this season, according to ESPN.com. He told the website the team intrigues him because "they are right at the next step of getting to the Super Bowl."

Our View:The Browns, however, do not seem all that interested in Horn, nor do many other teams. At 36 years old, the impact he would make is probably negligible, in the NFL and fantasy leagues.

Raiders' coach Lane Kiffin wants to look outside the organization for a No. 3 receiver following the season-ending injury sustained by Drew Carter, and the SF Chronicle suggests that Joe Horn could be considered.

Our View:Ronald Curry will no longer have competition for the starting role opposite Javon Walker with Carter gone. The loser of that race was slated for the No. 3 job. Horn could help the Raiders, but not likely enough to make him fantasy worthy in average-size leagues.
August 20, 2008
Even with the loss of wide receiver Kevin Curtis to a sports hernia, the Philadelphia Eagles have not shown any interest in Joe Horn, according to ESPN.com.

Our View:Cut by the Falcons Tuesday, Horn has not yet caught on with a team, but in all likelihood, it will only be a matter of time before that happens.

The Dolphins continue to take a pass on available veteran receivers as they told the agent of recently released receiver Joe Horn, that for now, they're happy with their group of young pass-catchers, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Our View:Reports out of Miami thus far have focused on the negative feelings about Ernest Wilford, the resulting rise of Derek Hagan, and the lack of stability of the entire receiving corps as a whole. Adding Horn would give the team a veteran presence, but the moves made by Bill Parcells thus far suggest he doesn't see a need to carry older players. Zach Thomas is clearly an elite contributor but was dismissed without much debate. Jason Taylor was sent to Washington. Marty Booker, the Fins' original veteran leader at wide receiver, was dismissed. It's a team built on youth, and thus we have no reason to doubt the reports that Horn would land elsewhere.
