November 13, 2008
As expected, wideout Courtney Taylor has been signed from the practice squad to replace the released Keary Colbert, according to the Seattle Times.

Our View:Taylor caught just five passes in three games for the team when he was on their 53-man roster earlier in the year, so don't expect much from him this go around.

With the recent release of Keary Colbert, the Seattle News-Tribune is reporting that Courtney Taylor is expected to take the roster spot.

Our View:There has been no official word on the roster move but Taylor has seen time in 2008 and the Seahawks need some depth at receiver.
October 8, 2008
Courtney Taylor was released by the Seahawks on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the receiver cleared waivers on was re-signed by Seattle and was placed on the practice squad, according to the Seattle News-Tribune.

Our View:The Seahawks have had trouble with receiver depth and now that they have brought Taylor back they will continue to develop the young receiver.
October 7, 2008
Courtney Taylor was released by the Seahawks on Tuesday, according to the News Tribune.

Our View:In three games with the Seahawks, Talyor caught five balls for 50 yards. Taylor did not have any fantasy value while he was on the roster.
September 19, 2008
Courtney Taylor has been benched according to the The News Tribune. Earlier in the week, the receiver was expected to start on Sunday.

Our View:The Seahawks are not deep enough to "bench" a receiver so expect Taylor to be on the field for a dozen or so snaps regardless of his standing with coach Mike Holmgren. Against the Rams, he is still a decent, but no longer good, play.
