September 9, 2008 The Steelers signed wide receiver Martin Nance to the practice squad on Tuesday, the Our View:Clearly the balance of power has been shifted in the AFC. Nance was a college teammate of Ben Roethlisberger, which is nice. Maybe he convinced the front office by showing them some of the pictures he kept from the Miami of Ohio days. |

The team may only keep five receivers on the depth chart. Brandon Sumrall (CB), Chase Johnson (OL), Braden Jones (TE), and Chris Norwell (DE) have also been informed they will be cut. |
