August 7, 2008 With the injury to Ryan Torain, undrafted rookie Anthony Aldridge has gotten extended snaps at running back and has shown shiftiness in the open field as well as a terrific burst, according to Our View:Aldridge is behind Selvin Young and Andre Hall on the depth chart, but given how much Mike Shanahan changes his mind with regard to his running backs, this former Houston Cougar is at least worth tracking during the preseason. Remember that Young was an undrafted free agent last year, as well. |
