Plaxico Burress, WR

Updating an earlier report, Plaxico Burress will be a game-time call for Sunday's battle at Arizona, according to ESPN. He said, "Knowing me, as of right now, I will play, but like I said you have to be smart about it because it is a hamstring. The weather is going to be cold out here for the rest of the season and hamstrings really don't normally do well in the cold weather. So like I said, I am just going to make the decision based on how I feel when we get out there and warm up on Sunday."

Our View:Burress can play through pain, but coach Tom Coughlin may opt to hold him out as the Giants hold a three-game lead in the NFC East with a 9-1 record.

Plaxico Burress is questionable for Sundays game and is taking a cautious approach to his injured right hamstring, according to the Daily News. "A hamstring is one of those things where if its not feeling well and you cant run, you cant run, Burress said. Its not something you can cover up or anything like that."

Our View:Burress has missed the last two days of practice and he seems like a risky play at this point. Coach Tom Coughlin alluded to his availability having to do with more than his health. He wants Burress to be prepared to put his heart into the game on Sunday.

Brandon Jacobs, RB

The New York Daily News reports that running back Brandon Jacobs is listed as probable for Week 12.

Our View:He will probably share some of the load with Derrick Ward, but with 11 touchdowns and a 5.4 yards per carry average, you can't afford to sit him.
