October 21, 2008 The Columbus Blue Jackets activated centre Manny Malhotra off injured reserve Tuesday, according to the Our View:Malhotra was injured in the Blue Jackets’ final preseason game at Toronto on October 5. He had 11 goals and 18 assists in 71 games last season. Malhotra was second in the NHL in faceoff percentage (59.0 percent), and he holds borderline fantasy-worthy potential. |
