Our View:Umberger scored only 13 times on the year, but he really stepped up in the playoffs scoring 10 times during the Flyers run. Umberger isn't as talented as Patrick Marleau, another name rumored to have been headed to the Jackets, but if he is teamed with Rick Nash, what defensemen would want to face that physical duo? |

Instead, Umberger, the Vancouver Canuck's top draft pick (16th overall) from 2001, has been the man in charge. Through four games of competition, Umberger has scored six goals, including two in the Game 2 4-2 win at Montreal and two more in the 4-2 win in Game 4.
