Simon Gagne, LW

Simon Gagne will enter the 2008 season free of the concussion related symptoms that he dealt with last season if you ask HC John Stevens or GM Paul Holmgren, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Our View: Gagne was limited to just 25 games last season due to his concussion, and is looking to return to the level that saw him score 88 goals in 2005-06. If he can return to those scoring levels off the left wing, the Flyers will be in great shape. Still, until we see him take a hit on the ice we won't be sure about his status, so you will be taking a risk if you reach for Gagne early in your draft despite the upside.
