Our View: Morrow threw 72 pitches and will need at least one more start at Triple-A before being called up. His next start after that would fall on August 31, which is the day before rosters expand. The Mariners would have to decide whether to call him up and make an adjoining roster move, let him pitch once more for Tacoma or push him back a day so they could recall him without demoting anyone. Manager Jim Rigglemen believes there will be time to get him four or five starts with the Mariners in September. He should remain stashed away on fantasy rosters, and could provide a boost over the final month of the season.

Back in March, Towers and farm overseer Grady Fuson said LeBlanc probably would get a promotion this season.
Our View: LeBlanc is pitching well this month with Triple-A Portland, notching a 1.80 ERA over 20 innings with 21 strikeouts and only one walk, but he has pitched a lot of innings throughout the minor league season, and that marks another key reason why he isn't likely to be promoted to San Diego. |

Our View: He will get his wish, as Manager Bud Black noted that Young will pitch for the Padres in September. Young believes it is important to finish the year strong to have something positive to build upon for next season. Fantasy owners should keep Young stashed on rosters. |

This gives him another three days of more routine and we can bump his side back to Tuesday.
