Mike Knuble hopes to return for Game 4 against Montreal on Wednesday, according to TSN.ca. He has been out since Game 5 of the Washington series due to a hamstring ailment, and commented, "I feel better. Things improved a lot while we were up in Montreal Friday and Saturday. I skated for the first time Friday and it was so-so and pretty ginger out there and then I went out Saturday and it was a lot better, a marked difference. So there's progress. I haven't skated with any kind of pace for any kind of time and I haven't skated with the team, so I'd like to do that."

Our View: Knuble generated 55 points over 82 games in the regular season, and chipped in five points over the five playoff games he participated in. He would provide a boost in Game 4 if he can return.

Theodore will start Game 3 Monday 4/28, 8:05 AM CT
Jose Theodore will start Game 3 against Detroit on Tuesday, despite being ineffective in Game 2, due to a bout with the flu, according to The Denver Post. He has allowed eight goals over 36-shots by Detroit in the first two games, but the team said that Theodore is their guy and had a good stretch for them.

Our View: Theodore was average in the regular season as he only went 28-21, and it is surprising that the team won't go with Peter Budaj in Game 3, who has been more effective, as he stopped 39-of-40 shots in the first two games against Detroit.
