The Boston Bruins have signed forward Martin St. Pierre, who had been a restricted free agent, according to the AP.

Our View: St. Pierre played five NHL games last season and is not a factor in fantasy hockey.

Chargers dropped against O'Byrne

Montreal defenseman Ryan O'Byrne had grand theft charges against him dropped after he apologized to the victim and performed community service in Canada, according to TSN.com.

Our View: O'Byrne was arrested after being accused of stealing a woman's purse. He is a former third-round draft pick who recently signed a three-year deal with the Habs. He may warrant fantasy consideration at some point in his career, but that time is not now.
